OMG. I'm freaking out a little bit right now. I love this so much. It's amazing. Thank you!

You captured them perfectly and I dig the build up and the way you describe Lexie's thoughts and Meredith's “I didn’t peg you for a tease” reaction to Lexie's hesitation.

I adore this line: Whatever Meredith’s intention, she’s keen on forgetting someone, and Lexie plays along, understanding all too well the pain of always having to be the one forced to remember everything. That's oh so very them.

And I love this image at the end: She can still feel Meredith’s nails clawing as her hips, little crescent moon indents that haunt her skin for days.

I stepped way outside of my comfort zone with the first fic, and I hope I captured at least a fraction of what you were expecting.
You did an amazing job. Seriously.

Ahh! I'm so glad you liked it! I was so nervous about this one...!!! You're very welcome!

I was mostly worried about writing Mer/Lexie and staying in character, so I'm very relieved that it came across as canon.

It was actually a lot of fun to write and I LOVE that you enjoyed it!

I'll definitely post this at the meredith/lexie group as well. Thanks! :)

Aaaaaaaaaawesome! If not sad that they were interrupted. ;) It's nice to see Lexie instigate things, which tends to be somewhat of a rarity for this pairing. Nicely done! (And I second posting this at meredith_lexie. ;) ALMOST FORGOT, loved the nod to Meredith/Cristina as well. XD

I knew I definitely wanted Lexie to initiate in this fic...at least to a point. I think she's often overlooked as a passive character, and she really isn't (in my opinion).

I had to hint at Meredith/Cristina...it only seemed natural. :)

Oh my lord... This is the weirdest thing I've ever read, even more weird than the Trellawney/Dobbie oneshot I once read (if you are into HP, otherwise you could just ignore that). Anyway, yeah, you probably know how wrong that was, BUT you are AWESOME at writing! Really, really good! It shows, because you managed to make a really difficult pairing credible. Good job!!! I SERIOUSLY think, and encourage you, to continue this or start another one, longer, about them. Totally freakin awesome.

Oh my gosh, thanks so much! (And yes, I am into HP so your metaphor was not lost on me...)

I've seen and read some Lexie/Mer fic, and yeah, the whole sister thing is what makes it wrong, but I don't know...there' something to, otherwise there wouldn't be a ship devoted to them.

I'm so happy that you enjoyed this, especially because you found the pairing difficult. I did too...at first. And, yes, I'm definitely considering writing more. :)
