I have about 5,000 other work-in-progress fics dealing with the aftermath, but this one seemed to write itself today. I'm just still sifting through how I feel about the finale, because until I can wrap my head around what happened, I can't really speak for the other characters. ( Read more... )

I loved this and I hated it (in a good way!!) at the same time. It's so raw and realistic and despite the fact that I believe it 100%, I also hate the fact that Alex becomes bitter and sarcastic and mean and that he and Lexie drift apart with no real resolution one way or another (despite the fact that I also love it!!!).

I know I'm not being very clear here! Really, all you gotta know is that... I loved it! And if it does go down like this I won't be disappointed (even though I WILL be disappointed... haha!)

The sad part is, I understand your comment completely! I WANT Lexie with Mark. That's decided and done. But, I'm still going to be disappointed if/when she leaves Alex...it's so hard to explain!

I wish I could hate Lexie/Alex...that would make this all much easier. In fact, I think that's Lexie's problem as well! She wants them both! Ha!

Anyway, thanks for reading and I'm so glad you found this believable!

Well thank you for reading, especially since you're a A/L fan. I do love so much about A/L, but I adore Mark and Lexie even more.

I agree, the Sloan arc was a little weird at times. I wish it hadn't happened sometimes myself.

Also, I noticed your LJ name...Kate/Sawyer fan? They're one of my favorite ships of all time :)
