This week sucked ass at work. The ATMs went down repeatedly, one of my staff went on vacation & I found a TON of un-finished work in his desk. Our work is time-sensitive. What was he thinking!!?? So he's going to get a nice "welcome back", he will be written up on Monday. I really hate to have to do it, he's such a good kid but it just has to be
