Closure is coming for Alex/Izzie fans

It's Ausiello and it doesn't really say anything sure but I thought I should post it cause I know so many of us here loves A/I. I don't really think Katherine will show up on Grey's anytime soon but it's Shondaland so everything is possible. What do you think? Is it possible to a give those two a real closure without Katherine making a guest

I don't think Shonda can make AI closure in a satisfying way, Katie or no Katie. She had the chance of writing her off for both of her leaves in a way that didn't make Izzie so inconsiderate and selfish, but she didn't, she chose to ruin the character.

So whatever it is, I'm not holding my breath.

However, I'll hold out hope for Katie coming back for the series finale, only because Shonda can't ruin her any further than that.
