That is a lovely moment between Steve and Danny - one where Steve realises that he still wants to submit and the one where Danny panics but the realise that Steve need him to be dominating..and he has done it in a gentle way - just so lovely!

I also wanted to say that it was great that Steve and Kono talked in the last chapter - I think that was what Steve really needed, to be able to talk about it with someone else.

I'm sorta of glad to see that Kono might be interested in this kind of lifestyle and I look forwardt o her exploring it if you decide to go that way for Kono! :-D

Yeah I wanted them reconneting but on a gentle level that wasn't pushing any limits or boundries but letting them enjoy this part of themselves as well as moving on from the effects of the case. Whilst they aren't at the point they were, the basis of the relationship comes down to the trust they have for one another and giving each other what they need.

I liked pairing off Danny/Chin, Steve/Kono talking together and that they can be open and honest about this side of themselves with their close friends.

Kono has an open mind and healthy curiosity. I do have a few ideas for her but I'm not sure if I will be writing her a 'lifestyle' storyline, depends on how the fic pans out. I do think she'd be suited as a 'switch' because she has potential as both a Domme and a sub - I'm not sure I'd specify her as one or the other.

Beautiful chapter, their emotions were so well expressed and I loved that despite his own fear, Danny encouraged Steve and gave him enough security to be able to express his own fears and feelings and know to be so tender and gentle with Steve and yet still give him what he needed.

Thank you - they both needed to feel their 'roles' and they both had fears or uncertainties born from the case. But in reaching to one another, they coudl give each other what they needed. Talking to Chin and Kono about their relationship helped Steve refocus on how his relationship with Danny has developed and how comfortable he's become within the lifestyle and his 'role' as the sub compared to how he felt when they first exploring this side of them.

It was up to him to take the oppurtunity of the time and space Danny was giving him to make a choice and trust Danny enough to help him when he put himself into the vulnerable position of opening up to him.

This was so nice how Steve let Danny know he needed him but in a gentle d/s way. And Danny was so good about the whole thing doing just what Steve needed. Very hot chapter and so glad they bonded again

They both faced up what they needed instead of ignoring the situation. I wanted Danny to apply his dominance in a gentle way yet instilling his status again as the Dom to Steve's sub, which puts them both back on a level ground they are comfortable on.
