• His family loves to play riddle games. When Takizawa Hideaki came to visit, Aiba's mother started a riddle game while they were eating.[Utaban 2009.05.10]
• Once in Hawaii, when his tention was too high, he decided to do a back-flip into a pool. And so he did a back-flip from the side of the pool, but accidently he hit his head on the sides first before dropping in  the pool. Ninomiya was an eyewitness of this accident. • There was one time when he went dringking together with Ohno and TOKIO's Matsuoka Masahiro. In the karaoke Matsuoka played a TOKIO's song, "Hana Uta", and Aiba, who was sitting beside him tried to get the mood going. Suddenly from behind Ohno asked: "Matsu-ni, whose song is this?" • During a concert tour he accidentally locked himself out in the hotel. Because he onl wore a T-shirt and shorts it was embarrassing to go to the reception, so he decided to sleep in the corridor, thingking that a staff may come. • He didn't know the timing to wash his jeans, because he heard that washing them too often would make the texture bad. He even had jeans he hasn't wash for about 5 years. [Arashi ni Shiyagare 2010.09.25]
• Once, when he was over 20 years already, he had wet his pants. It was during a concert rehearsal at Osaka-Jou Hall. He felt that he needed to go to the toilet but still did his best in singing and dancing until it reached the limit. • Back in 2002 he was hospitalized for 5 days to undergo a surgery because of spontaneous pneumothorax. [24 hour TV 2004]
• There was a period of time where about 1 out of 6 pair of underwear has ‘Ninomiya’ written on it. This is because they used to stay at the dorm together and the laundry-lady got the clothes mixed up. [Himitsu no Arashi-chan 2008.05.08]

• One day when he went to visit Sakurai at his parents’ house, Aiba came with a huge amount of ice cream, which troubled Sakurai because there was not enough space in the fridge. And so the ice melted the next morning. [with September 2011]
• On the same day Aiba broke the toilet at Sakurai’s parents’ house. He didn’t know the lid would open and close automatically, so he forcibly tried to close it, and it made some clattered noise and stopped moving. After that he confessed immediately. [with September 2011]
