• There was a period of time when Ohno Satoshi was irritated by Matsumoto’s habit of grating the chopsticks after splitting them. He really wanted him to stop that habit, but couldn’t say it directly so he once said it in a video message for Matsumoto on a TV show on NTV. • When he heared that he would be the leading actor in the drama Maou, he thought it was a dokkiri.
• Before he debuted as a member of Arashi, he actually already planned to quit being a Johnny's. After the debut and after being choosen as leader he kept thinking how to escape for a while.
