im sorry for your loss... but hoefully you will feel a little better to know that it was almost definitely not about the daytime playing...many hedghogs adapt to the schedule theyre put into...its fine if hes up all day and sleeps all nite.. as long as he sleeps enough an has a regular schedule.. my pikkle gets up early in the morning and runs like crazy waking me up...naps a bit then gets up again in the afternoon so i play with him and let him run around the house... again he naps and then has dinner with me an watches tv with me on the couch and climbs all over, if he gets tired or cold he crawls under a pillow or next to me until i put him in his bed... he's a year now and so happy and healthy so you see DONT BLAME YOURSELF... if he was sleepin all nite he had plenty of time for peaceful rest...you werent keepin him up too much... it was something else...maybe he knew he was sick and wanted to spend all the time he could with you.. so thats why he stayed up all day...t o enjoy all the love and fun he could
