Had a good, if busy weekend. Friday: informal meeting of our D&D campaign. You see, we just leveled up (level TWO baby!) and all needed to update our character sheets, choose new powers, etc. Cordova Axerune, the human rogue, is pursuing a high-stealth strategy combined with brutally backstabbing people who don't know she's there. And like that

How often I find myself envying you-who-have-no-offspring lately! That sounds like a fabulous day.

Heh. Actually we did take the dog with us, but that only sort of counts. I think letterboxing would be a great family activity though! Go for a drive on a nice day, visit a park or three, find secret stuff, quit whenever you want or if the weather turns bad...sometimes we combine it with annoying out of town errands to make it more fun.

How are you guys anyway? I miss you!

That DOES sound like fun. For some reason the kids won't seem to let us do much of anything without a huge fit of some sort lately. :\ Maybe when they're a twinge older.

We're pretty OK. Stressed out over school, house, finances, kids, etc., but we'll pull through! ;) Business is steady, Chris is done with this grueling term, and we're getting all the things arranged for closing on our first house, so there are certainly positives! We really miss you two, as well. We're not so good at making friends, and it's hard to find people like us, so that certainly doesn't help. Heh. How are things with you?
