I am suprised to find that I'm quite looking forward to this movie! :) Yay. Slightly weird to see a trailer with so little of the trio, though the focus of HBP is very much Tom Riddle, so I can definitely understand why it's like that. :) The boy they've chosen to play him looks like he'll be good, too.
I've been whining off and on about the cuts they're making, but the trailer has me looking forward to it big time. That's actually Ralph Fiennes nephew, which is pretty awesome!
Yeah, they have been making cuts to plot and characters quite liberally, from what I hear. I'm still keen to see the movie - it's one of my favourite of the books.
I think that's quite nifty, the way that worked out. I'm still not quite sure what the thinking behind calling him 'Hero' was, though!
Out of all the film trailers released over the series, this is my favorite, it's so well done. LOVE IT.
I confess I'm not a fan of the Tom backstory in HBP because he's EVIL, completely EVIL and I wanted to see a *moment* of goodness in Tom's past, I prefer my villians to have some humanity, it makes them scarier/more interesting - I'm really hoping they'll do a better job than J.K when it comes to showing that Tom could have been different if he had a mother. Even though J.K has said that in interviews, she never managed to convince me in the books that Lord V had any chance of being well, normal - he's always been pure psychopath material to me.
GINNY!!!!!! LOL I totally jumped and did a shriek of joy when I saw her! I adore Bonnie :D
