We can dream...

Actually though, I'm not looking for a "conservative" (in the sense of American politics) or libertarian judge. I'm looking for an originalist who will interpret the Constitution as the Framers and those who wrote the succeeding amendments intended them. I realize that this will produce results that will not always uphold policies supported by the modern American conservative movement, but so be it. (On the other hand, since the conservatives wish to conserve the classical liberalism of our Founders, it's much more likely that most decisions from an originalist will be in our favor.)
