Ok. Wow. I'm not even going to try to tell you how much I disagree with some of those pros and cons (being an Evangelical Christian is what matters when somebody's a candidate for the Supreme Court?).
However, two of the "cons": "Organized women's school and conference" "Signed a pledge supporting civil rights for homosexuals in late 80s"
I'm not a "Christian-phobe"... the person who created the list included that as a pro, though, and I feel that religion doesn't belong in the decision of who is chosen for the Supreme Court (wishful thinking, I know).
