I wonder, from a character motivation standpoint, how much of her statement to Ronon about liking someone else had to do with that?
As soon as he said 'I won't allow that' after destroying rather than actually crippling sections of the ship, I said that if I were Keller, I wouldn't be interested in him anymore. There's 'we've got to get you a gun' and teaching her how to spar and then there's not allowing her to contribute with an intelligent plan just because you're overprotective, Ronon. Just, no. Sure, there might be Malena issues, but if you don't understand by now why she stayed behind, you'll NEVER understand Jennifer, so just look uncomfortable and walk away.
ps. Sanctuary was yawn-worthy which made me sad because I wanted to like it, but the combo of the iffy accent, the boring plot this episode, and wishing the two-headed guy was actually the gate tech rather than a manic weird dude was just too much for me in combination. :(
EXACTLY. Also, um, couldn't they just have yanked a few crystals from each panel rather than blowing the thing up? Also, Todd said "irreparably damaged" -- does that mean the Daedalus' weapons are out of commission permanently, or just until they can get it back to Earth to make real repairs? (I'm guessing the latter but-- oops. Haha.)
So wait, were mullet!Chuck and the guy who kept talking about cannibalism the same person? WTF? (Although it does explain why Chuck has been around less this season... he's been busy shooting Sanctuary. LAME.)
