Change of...heads?

Photoshopped heads on romance novel covers. Hilarious comments, as usual.

Saying no to NaNo. It's not an anti-NaNo post per se, and to me it can serve as a checklist of whether or not one is ready for November ( Read more... )

AHAHA at your first link! XD I can never take romance novels seriously with covers like those.

I know that I will always say no to NaNo. It's hard enough writing anything for me, having to churn out so many words in a month would stress me too badly.

Hope you receive the work-related e-mail soon :)

And as for book reading, that is sort of like my situation over the summer. Now I'm trying to concentrate on one at a time. XD

Personally I do like big strong men, but definitely not...those that can change heads.

The hardest part of NaNo is to shut down the inner editor. Once you feel you can write anything you want, the words will flow. Sadly, I'm not at that stage yet. ^^

Thanks, I hope so too.

Now I try to make more time for reading. And, er, actually read, as opposed to being attracted to shiny online things.

Shapeshifter romances. CURIOUS. ;P

Alas, my inner editor. I'm trying to let the words flow more smoothly by commentficcing at sharp_teeth, but still--after I post, I keep reading over it and moaning to myself about things I want to change. Ah well.

wrt shiny online things: that is like me, all the time. D:

LOL@the cover. I only wonder about copyrights.

If both books are from the same publisher, then it should be no problem.

But doesn't the copyright go to the person who drew it? Or is it like with the book itself and the publisher gets the copyright?

Joint copyright between the illustrator/phorographer and the publisher? But don't quote me on that.
