So, like I said to access_identity, seeing the blurb for Scott Lynch's The Lies of Locke Lamora made me realize that a description of my MC is less than dashing. All he knows is reading, studying, and learning martial arts. If Stephenie Meyer wants to be a popular teenage girl, Eve obviously wants to be a 22-year-old male geek.

ahh, I started The Lies of Locke Lamora some time ago but never finished. I should pick the book up again.

How is the book so far? I was going to buy it but afraid there would be a lack of awesome or likeable female characters.

Apparently the "background in ballet" is a solid one. :)

From what I remember of the book, it had a solid, good premise, but I don't recall many female characters in it.
