Those $10 LJ coupons? I'm afraid that sending those to people without them asking me to can be seen as rude - yeah, I did that, before I fully understood what those coupons mean. Really, LJ. It would've been better if you, say, give each of us three $5 coupons, so we can give two months of paid accounts to three fellow users ( Read more... )

How it can be seen as rude? Because we seem to assume that they want a paid account/have the money to buy one. In short, the rudeness of a one-sided assumption. Or maybe I'm thinking too much.

Well, assuming they want a paid account isn't necessarily _rude_, is it? Though I suppose the money thing is a point, but... still, _rude_? T_T It's the thought that counts, right?

Well, seeing as some people are disillusioned with LJ now...but as februaryfour said above, it's the thought that counts.

At least there's NaNo, yeah. And that this time around I do have a story, thought not an ending (yet).
