Life goes on as usual, by which I mean I've got work to do and instead I get distracted by newly released manga chapters/want to write fics/think of watching the Dream Lives for the nth time

I thought those Evangelion series were just manga spin-offs of the original; I've never heard of them referred to as official doujinshi. But then again, I would hardly be one to know. :P
Omg, thank you for linking to Daily Lit. :DD Free e-books! (Most of them anyway. :P)
Dream Live: I'll be chronological if you'll bear with me ^^
Tennis no Oujisama - long-running series in Shounen Jump which just ended last March. Musical Tennis no Oujisama/TeniMyu - musical shows based on the series, have been performed since 2003. Dream Live - annual TeniMyu events where the actors dance, sing songs from the regular shows and perform skits. Not that they're all stellar performers, though some are, and their backstage antics are often hilarious since some actors are polar opposites of their roles. Most fun entertainment. [/fangirl babble]
I know, I was just half-joking about the official doujin thing :) It's just that the art sometimes looks like doujinshi to me. Then again, almost all mangaka were doujinka first before they went pro.
Most of the books in Daily Lit already count as public domains, so it's like the site is making classics more available to net surfers, IMO. But it's still fun to read the daily installments.
XD Musical shows based on the manga series? Wow. XP Fun entertainment is good. :)
Ahh. I haven't seen the EVA spinoff manga yet, so I can't say. Doujinka are transitioning to mangaka increasingly though nowadays, it's interesting to see how they go from doujinshi to pro. *grins*
Better accessibility is in any case a plus. It's also easier to read then the stuff at Gutenberg, I think. :)

They have to come up with stories of their own instead of fanfics, that's for sure.

Yup, since we're reading the story in parts. There's not much pressure, unless we've neglected to read the installments for days. *shifty eyes*
