It's been a week since Tom left for India.

So far, Amelia has been engaged in a war of testing boundaries. I think it's typical for a six-year-old who has had one of her major foundations taken away. It's one of the ways she's showing me she is sad and angry that things are Not Right. We are talking about the right way to show our emotions, and when that fails, she's spending a lot of time

It sounds like you are doing a good job keeping busy and sane. I hope by the time he gets back, it will have flown by. Don't forget to take care of you! Get a sitter one night and go out by yourself, maybe- it would help recharge your batteries. :)

Tonight, the kids are going to a Kids Night Out at the local bouncy/gymnastics place. Even though it's 3 hours, it's 3 hours I'm not hauling them around. :)

Gah, such a long trip, and so far away. I've been feeling kind of raw about Bill having to work such long hours, but at least we get to have him here a little bit. I hope the rest of the time passes quickly without too much more drama.
