Tom had to go to the dermatologist today for a very mysterious quick-developing ear thingie. I noticed it about 2 weeks ago, and asked him about it last week. It grew rapidly and it was hard as a rock. Tom saw his regular doctor on the 26th who said, "Hrm, that's interesting. Go see Dermatology, and tell your wife to stop poking at it."

Trace had one of those in her nose. Damn near killed her. Watch it closely.

Does it hurt at all? Did she drain it?

He had no pain at all, even when I fiddled with it at the beginning.

She drained it, then sent it off for biopsy. I'll keep it under close eye.

I will post when we hear back from Pathology. Until then, I'm watching his ear like a hawk and not poking at it. :D

It'll probably be a month before we hear back from Pathology. The site is looking better even though we had to switch bed sides so he could sleep on the his non-operated-on side. :)
