Hi! I saw you on itsxbren's friends list and I looked at your layout and it's quite amazing. Don't worry I won't ask you for a layout LOL ;p but I was wondering how you did that scratchy effect on the background. I was on PS7 for like an hour yesterday trying to come up with something similar for a friend and gah if I didn't almost rip my hair out! If you could tell me how you did it, I would greatly appreciate it :) If not that's ok too! <3
