Heather...you know, for the shoot, if they were like that...is it something you really wanted to work with anyway? Something that seems like a great opportunity or a dream job often gets outed with just that sort of unprofessionalism or crappy behavior, and *that* was crappy behavior...case in point, the early crap I went through with Bloomie's which I was all too willing to sweep under the rug in the name of, well..money.

So if they "liked" you...you'd endure more snark about your hips, more crap about...well, damn near everything. Is that really worth it? I think you'd have been worse off if they called you tomorrow and took you.

There's very few things I forbid my children to do, but one is modeling. Every card I've gotten from an agency - and I've gotten a few - I've promptly thrown in the trash. I fear them hating their bodies.

I don't know. *hug* Maybe I should have come up anyway if only to give you a face-to-face pep talk.

Thank you so much, but you know, it wasn't too too bad. I don't hold myself to those kind of standards. I was just really taken off guard.

But still, I think your call with your girls is a good one. I hope they know what kind of Dad they've got.

Make sure you moisturize. I wouldn't want you getting chapped on my behalf!

Well, as the person who witnessed you right after your go-see -- and unfortunately, was the shite monster in the second half of your night -- I can verify that you looked gorgeous. I didn't even see a bindi bump. Not at all.

Thank you for being so sweet. And half blind. No word from GH. They are clearly not as charitable as you are.

You poor thing! I, too, have cried on public transportation, and it is one of the lowest feelings. 2007 is going to be a better year though, I'm sure of it (because 2006 seemed to suck all the way around!).

Hips are quite possibly my favorite part of the female form. Why you'd want to hide them is beyond me.

And those pictures from a couple days ago; saved to my hard drive cause they were so damned amazing.

You're too beautiful for words and have got the winning personality to boot.
