#3 - Holy hell.

I'd say let the other co-worker quit, you email the dean the step up from the bad dean, and let the chips fall where they may.

But now? O. M. Gosh - she will never realize it's her own fault. Never.

The staff has told the dean, and the dean does not appear to have done nothing about it.

And no, I really, really don't want to other co-worker to quit, because that would leave poor little half-time me to do all the admissions processing, and I've never done it before!
