I'll jump in. I made slight progress on my latest writing the other day. I should actually schedule time each week to write.

I'm not sure where I'm going to find the time... I am a workaholic with teaching, but my next unit doesn't need as much tweaking as the first one of the year did (I had no idea what I was doing when I started out last fall!) If I keep using the demands of my job as an excuse not to write it's never going to happen for me, so this may be a good jumpstart. And I'm going to just focus on writing a fun story that I want to write!
