I think the most exciting thing that's happened in the last two months was that I finally heard a Rilo Kiley song and have fallen in love with Jenny Lewis's voice. Other than that, nothing much has been happening. I could talk about work and how it drives me to the brink of insanity every single day but that's not exactly news. I always find that ::hugs:: make things better, even if it is only for a little while.

I'm in flux right now. Just found out that I'm going to be travelling in March. I'm happy and scared and depressed and up and down - LOL! I'd love to just *pick* a mood already :)

I have to just accept the fact that we are what we are and once again, I'm my mother and I'm waiting for a man to decide what to do with my future. Should I wait? Should I just say this or never?
I hope I'm not speaking out of turn here, H, but I hope you won't settle for less than what you want. You deserve more and if people aren't willing/ready/able to give that, well, you have to put yourself first and look out for your own best interests (can't rely on anyone else to do that, I've learned). I just hate seeing awesome women settle or accept less than what they deserve.

I'm thinking good thoughts for you. :)

That first paragraph?! That's the stuff you're supposed to send me emails about and vent and ramble and just detoxify, y'know? Ack!! I hope my ditzy moment of forgetting to respond to your email doesn't discourage you from just writing me when you need to share. Because I'm here for you whenever, k? *pets*

GG is sucking the life out of me and I'm finding it very difficult to continue to support a show that obviously doesn't support its fans.
