I must make icon with old Gunn that says something along the lines of "My Gunn wouldn't have sold his soul for a suit". But I've just remembered he technically sold his soul for a truck so I'm fucked.

And I've already finished Boy Meets Girl. I need more highly predicatable but extremely entertaining books to read.

LOL about the Gunn thing. I miss old Gunn.

I need to actually read some adult Meg Cabot books. I've read almost all of her YAs.

I have insanely loved Gunn since the first time he stepped foot on the screen so this all breaks my heart way too much, I think.

I didn't even know Meg wrote The Princess Diaries (that's how dense I am). I highly recommend Boy Next Door and Boy Meets Girl. They're just fun, you know? Nothing that makes you want to jump off the nearest bridge once you're done reading it ;)

Ah, but did he so much sell HIS soul for a suit or Fred's? Not knowingly of course, but in the long run...

Love your icon tho!

I hear what you're saying, I do, but I've felt this way about it since they "stuck the law up in his head". I think because Fred isn't a character I'm crazy for and Gunn always has been, what they're doing to him, kills me.

I hate that he feels he was nothing before he went to W&H because the Gunn I was introduced to loved what he was and what he stood for. I just miss him.

That's very true. I don't think I said what I meant very well. Gunn wasn't ashamed of who he was - he was proud to be making a difference, avenging his sister. Seems he's forgotten about that. :(

No, I think you said it because in the long run, he did sell Fred's soul for his shiny suit and the law. I'm just upset that they did that to him. I keep thinking every year they need to destroy some character or have them go against already built character and I guess this year it's Gunn.

I wish he would remember that he wasn't just muscle. But I somehow doubt that'll happen. :(

Double or Nothing ruined his character. I abhor that episode. So full of horrible cliches. Season 1 Gunn would NOT have done those things then or now.

That's the name of it! I couldn't remember so thank you. Yes, that was incredibly moronic and definitely not s1/s2 Gunn. Sold his soul for a truck? Really??? He was young, didn't know better...we're supposed to believe that? It's Gunn, fighting vamps since the age of what 14 or something? And he didn't know what giving up his soul meant. Idiotic.

The second they played GANGSTA'S PARADISE, all was lost.

Good Lord...Gangsta's Paradise! That's right...so awful. The lowest point ever. Look, Gunn's black and so we must play Gangsta's Paradise! Uh, yeah.
