At the risk of sounding like a dummy, I've been meaning to ask-- what is SGA? I've seen your squeeage, and think this may be something I need to investigate.

SGA is Stargate: Atlantis, this sci-fi series that spun off of Stargate: SG1. It's all about intergalactic space adventures and this team of air force people, scientists, and doctors what investigate other planets and meet the people who live on them, whilst fighting evil and stuff, if you like that sort of thing. The first three seasons are pretty awesome. It has a pretty huge fandom due to the pretty men and slashy subtext, and the women who kick ass (when given a chance).

FTR, that little line at the bottom of my post, that says 'this post on dreamwidth', I added myself. But it should automatically add to the bottom of the post, I just haven't figured out how to do that yet. :P

Pictures of new glasses please. And yay for the iPhone. If we had not-sucky plans in Canada (our cellphone rates are the highest in developed countries in the world, apparently) I would totally get one. But I'm not shelling out an arm and a leg/month.

I covet the dreamwidth hardcore, man. It's sooooo awesome.

I saw you got an OpenID!!! Right now that's the best way to get an invite code (I STILL haven't been able to get any) but they do a lottery of everyone who's got an OpenID (and validated their email addresses with DW), and at least two peeps on my flist got invited that way.

Yays! I hope I get one. Apparently when the site opens on April 30th, everyone with OpenID will get one then, so I'll be okay, but I'd still like get it before, so I can be all cool and early-adapter-y. :D
