+ I haven't posted in a bit, hi hi! Miss you guys - I've kind of sucked at commenting the past couple weeks except here and there, but I'm reading along. It's getting impossible to keep up with my reading list without filtering out the communities entirely. Sometimes I go days just reading the journals filter, so I know I miss a lot of community ( Read more... )

I AM EXCITED ABOUT FRINGE! And also Nikita, which I hope will be good. The new JJ Abrams show about the married spies (I forgot its name) also looked interesting! And Merlin of course, but I'm looking forward to that with a feeling of dread. I'm more or less spoiler-free, but how will I ever manage to watch when the OT4 is all broken up? I imagine I'll be doing a lot of whining in the next few weeks.

The new JJ show is Undercovers! I'm SO excited to check it out.

I've been well spoiled for Merlin, haha. As much as is possible, anyway. I'm hopeless when it comes to that show, and I'm pretty sure the only thing that would make me NOT look forward to it (despite the whining/ranting I will almost surely do) would be for them to kill off Gwen or something. (SPOILER ALERT: no word of that happening as far as I know, haha.)

Undercovers! Married spies! It looked very cute, I'll give it a try, at least.

Heh, same with me, unless they kill of either of the girls, I'm not going to stop watching. But even unspoiled, I know there'll be evil Morgana this season and I'm sure the show will take great pleasure in breaking Gwen and Morgana up, which will be very painful to watch (and no LOTS to cheer me up afterwards). As I said: a lot of whining and clinging to my flist in the next few weeks!

Heh, either girl would be a dealbreaker. That's like insult to injury, haha - leave them out, underwrite them, then kill them? What is this, Supernatural?

I'm actually zen about Gwen and Morgana breaking up, I've had a lot of time to think about it over the hiatus. It kind of makes sense in an inevitable sort of way, and there's always fic. What I fear isn't the breakup; it's that it won't be shown on screen. Some angst or fights or enmity would at least show that they were important to each other on some level, but outright neglect, no scenes at all because the writers just don't care to include them... that's what would really burn me. And unfortunately it's the most likely scenario.

Vampire Diaries! \o/ My sense of time is so off, somehow I missed that today's already Spetember 9. I definitely need to get all my pre-Eid cleaning and baking done quick so I've got the evening free.

It feels like yesterday that I was spamming about various season finales! Except Merlin. That was FOREVER AGO.

I'm actually looking forward to every single show you mentioned, though to varying degrees. And ITA about the short hiatus's for some US TV shows. 3 months between seasons is such a breeze when you've had to wait a year for other shows. Really excited about TVD & Merlin this week and I'm hoping for the best with Nikita.

Nikita's main draw for me is Maggie Q; the rest of the cast is... lol. SO I REALLY HOPE IT'S GOOD?

I'm completely out of the loop with every single fandom you refer to here, I just want to say I'm so sorry that Bingley hasn't been found. :( It's just the worst way to lose a pet when they get lost and you don't know what happened to them. But I'm still hoping for a miraculous reunion for you two. It may be a long shot, but stranger things have happened. <3

*hugs* Thanks, Roz. ♥ My friend had someone actually keep her dog and turn it in months later when they couldn't take care of him anymore, and she got him back. Stranger things and all! But yeah, I do miss him a lot. I'm sure I'll probably get another dog eventually, but it'll be a while.
