Parks and rec, PARKS AND REC. Leslie and Ann are two of my favorite chicks on TV right now, and April is AWESOME, and yes! pretty much everyone! The show has me in actual tears on a regular basis.

Haha, World cup! I'm visiting my parents at the moment so I'll probably see some of it, wandering in and out of the living room. Considering how very much I'm not a sports person, I've seen a stupid amount of football, sometimes it's fun - a little bit of local patriotic pride, maybe. ;)

Ooh, Torchwood. Did you like it? Also I sorta mainlined all of Leverage recently, and I love it lots and lots. Excited for new seasons!

I loved Torchwood! Whatever else I might think of RTD I always get attached to his characters. CoE completely broke my heart, but it was also really good television. I can't wait to see what they do with season 4 on a bigger budget and network.

Oh yes, me too. I was surprised by how very upset fandom seems to have been by CoE, because it was heartbreaking all right but also the best tv out of all Who-verse things I've seen, I think.

I am RIDICULOUSLY excited for the World Cup! When I went home (back in England) last week pretty much every car had England flags and it was all very exciting - I have never been quite so sad to live in Wales D:

In England pretty much everyone does, but the Welsh appear to be in complete denial that anything is happening. People keep inviting me to things tomorrow night, and I'm like EXCUSE YOU ENGLAND IS PLAYING.

+ What did you think of CoE? I thought it was brilliant, even though it tore my heart to shreads (especially since, in the show time-line, it directly followed Exit Wounds). I'm getting kinda excited about the new series. Any chance to see Gwen Cooper kicking ass is good with me!

+ I'm very excited for the new seasons of True Blood and Leverage. Not sure what else I'm watching this summer but I've seen a few trailers for new shows and some of them look decent.

Completely agreed on Torchwood! Just fantastic television, albeit heartbreaking. And I'm thrilled that Gwen and Jack are both returning - can't wait to see who else we'll meet.
