Trust me, people who live in the Midwest still don't know how to deal with snow, even if they've lived here for years. People still freak out and/or drive like they've never seen it before. It's unfair to make fun of people who have never dealt with it. I would probably crap myself if I had to deal with a hurricane. Just sayin'. :D

Also, if I see snow again this year I am going to CRY. Seriously. I CANNOT deal with more of the stuff. The sheets of ice that accumulated under the last fall have only JUST melted. IT NEEDS TO BE SPRING ALREADY.
