About Town (open)

Justin Morningway is enjoying a leisurely stroll about town. He has no set destination although he has a purpose, making note of certain shops that may be of use to him and the people that pass him by. His appearance speaks of affluence; his suit and shoes are expensive and expertly tailored and he carries a short black cane with a silvered ball handle, like a prince surveying his domain.

Justin appears quite approachable -- pleasant and good-natured enough, but self-assured with a decided air of arrogance.
