John also liked to run. He thought it was fun and was starting to even get good at stopping, mostly. He was running along with a red Husky beside him when he turned the corner. Ginger's guard went up automatically and positioned herself between the stranger and the boy. Kyla was around the corner a split second later with her Bullmastiff mix. She quickly surveyed the situation and went to join Ginger, patting the Husky on the head.
"Everything okay?"

"Yes. Everything's fine. Although, maybe you could tell me where I am, exactly." John noted this woman was definitely a Colonial, but not one that recognized him. He would have to keep his guard up.

He slowed, several feet from the familiar face. As much as he might have mourned the loss of the other models that had fought against him, the sixes, the eights, and the colonials, he had no desire to see them here. The Ones most of all.
"Cavil." Leoben spoke up, staring at his brother, trying to keep up the facade of calm.
