As much as she'd hated it, she'd worked her tail off and cleaned up the damage at Antiquitus from the dinosaur ... 'visit.' The glass repair had been done Saturday, and today being Sunday meant that Stiles had opened the shop.

Kil slept in.

The each wasn't usually Jack's scene, but he ventured out once in a while. He was used to being able to travel to anywhere the wind could take him, which was pretty much anywhere, so being stuck in such a small village meant he couldn't afford to be picky when the wandering spirit struck him. Even if it was summer.

He waved and smiled when he spotted Kilrenko. "Hey! You kind of look like a mermaid with legs today."

Kil grinned and waves back, heading for the spirit. "Hi, Jack!" she greets him in return.

"Yes, I love the look. I wouldn't swim in it, but it's perfect for just beachcombing."

She looks him over and asks, "How have you been? Holding up OK despite the weather?"

"Find any good shells? That's what people do at the beach, right? Besides swimming, I guess."

Really not his thing.

"Yeah, I'm fine," he said with a shrug and a grin. "Takes more than a little sun and heat to take me out."

"I haven't been looking," she admits. "Just enjoying the sun and sand and the smell of the ocean."

She smiles to his grin. "Been up to much?"

Stiles was out of work and enjoying the weather. Back home, they weren't very close to the ocean, but here it within walking distance. He came running by, not even noticing Moira just yet, slipping his shirt off and letting it fall wherever (on her? close to her? oops!) before he charged into the water and went under.

Kil laughs as she catches the shirt, grinning at his exuberance as he dives into the water.

Still grinning she waits until he surfaces to call out to him, "You know, throwing things at your employer isn't the smartest thing to do..."

"Oh! Sorry, I didn't see you there." And now he couldn't unsee her. Wow. Was there ever going to be a time when his boss looked unattractive? Even as a guy she had looked pretty hot.
