Rikki hadn't ventured out much at all since people started getting pissy, their tempers only made hers flair more. She actually was spending time out in the ocean despite the freeze. It was one of the perks for having the ability to heat liquids, the water temperature around her body was always warm.

She was on her way back to the hotel when she spotted a familiar stuffed cat sitting on the fence. Her lips curved up and she changed directions. "Nice cat."

Turning to see who spoke, Macbeth bit back the scowl that formed at seeing the sea-wench. "It was delivered," he said. "To our room." No note, nothing. Martha had found it charming.
