Okay, couldn't see the sucker from the air because it was in the forest. Hey, whatever. But I can get a good angle from about ten feet up in the battle bikini. One grenade with a major explosive charge and there's nothing all the gross ugly things surrounding the marker machine can do. Heck, some of them got partly vaporized. Fine with me.

"Oh, hell yeah! Got you, you ugly, and your momma too! Bombs away!"

Gee, I hope none of our guys are in close.

Dang the device anyhow. If it had a magnetic signature then Mughi could have found it a lot faster than we just did. Then again, Kei and I can fly above just about all of the creepies so it wasn't that much of a biggie for us. Except, you know, that it ended up being under the trees.

Yuri totally rolled her eyes, then made a face. Who knew if it was for the guy Isaac suddenly screaming and dropping his weapon or Kei, who really needed to learn to know her target a little better.

"Omigawd, Isaac. What are you doing?" Could he even hear her?

That nasty thing got a grenade in its--ew--face.
