Late Night at the Theatre (Closed to participants)

The theatre wasn't exactly run down as it was fully functional, but it didn't look like a theatre in Vegas either. The outside was mostly brick, but no one had taken care of it in a while. Inside, the front of house was clean, though the carpet was worn and the wallpaper was original which dated it to the early 1900s. The only update was that there ( Read more... )

Their research had led them to the theater. Or at least the research had led them to investigate it to see if they could find out more information. At least Olivia felt like she was doing something.

"I think everyone does." Jo murmured, keeping her voice soft as she walked a few steps behind Olivia. Of course, she wasn't going to mention out loud that usually what was waiting for them was worse.

“Okay, if the death occurred in the theater then we can assume that this is what holds her here. I don’t know about you but I’ve never been here before but I have walked by.” Olivia just couldn’t figure out what the ghost had against her or Jo.

"So what exactly are we looking for again?" Bobby grunted, glancing over at Sarah as they entered the basement. The research on the ghost that had attacked both Jo and the woman named Olivia had brought them to the theater. He didn't know what was waiting for them there but he was glad that he had brought a gun which he currently had tucked out of sight.

"Anything that will connect the woman's death to the ghost. Since she died falling through the trap door maybe there's something of her here? Or maybe this is where she is." Sarah made a face. "Sorry, I'm not really sure myself. Only that since she died falling through the trap door, her body would have been here so maybe the birthplace of the spirit? Do they have a birthplace?"

"I guess that's one way to look at it." He nodded again, making his way through the dimly lit area. He kept glancing over at her to make sure that she was okay as he stayed aware of his surroundings. "If we could find who runs the place, we could ask them if they get any activity here or if there have been any attacks. Anything that's changed that would piss her off."
