Data waited for everyone to show up at the TARDIS Bar before making his announcement. Again, he felt that it was his responsibility for what had happened, and it was his to explain. He hadn't realized the source of the problems soon enough.
But still, he addressed it as dryly as any scientific dilemma, trying to bury his emotions concerning the ordeal. He stood over by the bar, and cleared his throat loudly to get everyone's attention.
"I am sorry to inform you that my brother, Lore, has arrived in the village, and has not only been responsible for the recent attacks but has activated a holographic copy of the Master using our universe's holosuite technology.
"He has taken several powerful items that were supposedly secretly present in the village. I believe that our time is limited before he acts."
