Time Enough (closed to Billy)

A couple days, fine. A week. Two even. NO problem. But this was getting ridiculous. He wasn't answering his phone, he hadn't come by her lab just because though it was an old habit of his, he was officially avoiding her.

What she couldn't figure out was why. Well, okay she knew why, they'd kissed it had been a little too close, a little awkward

The door pulled back after a minute or two and a teenage boy peered back at her from the other side. He pushed his glasses back into place as he tried to recollect where he had seen her before - she looked familiar.

"Hello?"

Interested crossed the boy's eyes at the offer of lab space. "Most prodigious!"

He smiled awkwardly, "Yes, he was rather exasperated when I did it on a Sunday night."

She actually laughed, "Well there's extra space. You can pick one once I come back and I'm not really strict about what people do experimentson as long as it doesn't blow me up."

[billy_cranston]

"Thank you." He pushed his glasses up again. Billy was going to say 'be careful,' but decided she probably already had her safety in mind, so instead, "If he returns, I'll contact you."

"Great. Thanks." Though she doubted he'd return until she brought him back. On which note.

"I've got some things to do before... I'll get out of your hair. I'm going to keep this." She held up the dvd.
