Fantastic writing. Really intriguing story, kept me wanting to read and find out what was next. I really liked the moment Nathan gave Murderface the knife and Charles witnessed it. You wrote their characters well. Great fic!

I'm so amazed by this thing, and so tired I'm worried I won't be able to put it into words, or do it any justice. Everything just flows, the characterization is tight, and everything is down to Earth and rings very true emotionally. So many little touches... I think my favorite (for now) is Nathan knowing Spanish... not just enough to order, but make the other guy laugh. I don't know why I liked that so much, but I do. You're the best, mystery person! I'll probably write another comment after I've had some sleep and have enough brain to gush properly.
