Charles took one of the coffees, which tasted like it had been brewed two or three times, burned, left overnight, and brewed once more with the bones of rotting pedophiles.

It was fun to write. Not easy, but fun. As for the rest of them....

Pickles was eventually located in a casino in West Siloam Springs, OK, where he had drunk an entire punchbowl of zombies, puked all over the $10 lunch buffet, and gotten a tattoo of a drag queen with the name "Marty" on the sash. Not even Charles could figure out if Marty ever existed at all.

Apart from spending six months with his dick in traction, thus impinging upon his ability to play cockslap bass, Murderface was fine. Irritable, sarcastic, suicidal, and smelly, but fi--Wait, I just said that.

And Skwisgaar turned up in the CT scanner again. He developed quite the following throughout the geriatric ward, and even got to test out some new hips. He was offered a job as a physical therapist, which he sadly had to decline due to a mysterious rash of pregnancies--none of which he could have caused, despite genetic evidence.

This was a serious ride. It's kinda hard for me to comment on--I blame Benadryl and insomnia--but, yeah. Touched on some difficult things, but it all worked. (Also, good to see more C/T in the world! There's nowhere near enough!)

I love the Professor Layton references throughout. I especially love the fact that in Nathan's mind Prof Layton>>>>>>>>>>Charles and Toki gay sex on the importance scale.

Again, so many things you looked into my heart and saw as something I wanted in my fic.

Ffkdlfajs; ahhhhh this was SO FANTASTIC TO READ. ;o; Super heartbreaking and painful, and ending up so wonderfully - I LOVED IT. Awesome fic!
