I love N/C, their my OTP too. It's a great mix of them looking good together, having great personality chemistry that really lends to some interesting fic possibilities, and them being Powerful Together (/Dethcarrlado) that I find irresistible.

This is the first Charles I've read that I think nailed the willingness to kill and the gentleness/caring/calmness at the same time. An impressive feat.

This felt very...solid. Everything described felt described fully, if that makes sense.

I really liked the little nods to Nathan's heritage, and the way his fascination with the idea of blood being on the hands was such a poetic thing and not at all gross for the sake of being gross.

It really felt like a relationship between them. And I enjoyed Nathan's shyness here and there -- people forget he's shy. :-3

He sank his teeth into Charles’s shoulder as he came, groaning his release into Charles’s flesh. The walls to this place were sound-proofed, but not that sound-proofed.

I like writing Nathan's shyness, and Charles's (which is more awkward, but still so =3) too. It's adorable at such powerful men would still have that problem.
