A Visit to the Ribbon (Closed to Kerai)

Ruby had taken her time getting to The Ribbon, truthfully because she felt terribly guilty that she had not been there sooner. She had meant to; truly, she had. But she had been too caught up in her own life and in the changes that she was going through to be there for a friend. And she was ashamed of that. It seemed that she still had a great deal to learn about being human; and about being a friend. Kerai had been through a great deal too.

She knocked on the door quickly as she stepped inside, calling out.

"Kerai, it's Ruby. Are you here?"
