Yeah man, it's not cool to think that people will let you down-- and I know it's the reality. But don't let it get you down too much. I'm gonna pray for people to come into your life who are so solid and real and are there for you no matter what. You're amazing and you deserve nothing less. He is there right with you, He knows the desires of your heart. Meet Him halfway, seriously. I don't mean to preach at you, because I know I need to take my own advice sometimes. And I know that fundamentally you know these things, but believe with all you have. They'll come to pass. <3

I really don't know what to tell you other than what I've always said. It's going to be impossible with the hours you work. You've got to find some way to deal with that. Search wholeheartedly for something in which you can work fewer hours for more pay. You can't meet anyone, and wouldn't have enough time for them if you did with you working all of the time. It's the simple logical solution. Write yourself a resume, put it on monster.com. I know a lot of people getting good job offers that way. Do something, anything, to find something new and better for yourself. It's easy to stick with the jobs you have because you've been doing them so long, but that doesn't mean they're what's best for you

oh, jamie, jamie, jamie... i feel your pain with the friends thing. it's the opposite for me, though... most of my friends were single and sorta ditched me when i got married... until a few months ago, when i started going to a new church, and met new friends... so my advice is to switch something up in your life. go do different and new things... it's refreshing. :] and unless you're a LOT different in real life than you are on here, any girl would be stupid for not seeing how awesome you are...
