Trainees
Becoming a trainee with Heart & Seoul Entertainment. is a gate to stardom and a great privilege. Being one of the top in the music industry, Heart & Seoul will give trainees the best education. Therefore, we are looking for only the dedicated and the passionate. When applying, you are taking complete responsibility of your actions during your years of training. Heart & Seoul Entertainment will take care of all of the training expenses, such as food, rooming, classes, practice and many other things. Each trainee will be given an allowance each week to spend on clothing and other things. Remember, your actions represent the company and if you are caught doing mischievous things, you will be removed from training and be forced to pay your debts.* When filling out the application, please be aware of your grammar, spelling and content, since we take great consideration of all three.
Trainee Muse Information:
• Although this is an RP based on realistic events, it is not strictly non-AU. Therefore, you are able to tinker with the personality and background of your muse as you like. Please remember since all of the muses will start out as trainees, they will be naturally younger than the age that they are today.
• Although it is 2009, events will be taking place years earlier, such as debuting, releases, filming, etc, etc. Please keep that in mind. (: For example, once DBSK debuts, their first single will not be Mirotic. Releases will start in chronological order, along with debuts.
• Every muse will start off as a regular trainee, before being put in groups. Therefore, once you are accepted, your muse will NOT know who they will be debuting with or what group they will be in. So, please stay away from "band rep" once the RP starts/once you are admitted. This allows for everyone to be able to talk to one another, so cliques can be avoided. After a few weeks, groups will be formed and announced.

Managers
Managers are a very important percentage of the staff at Heart & Seoul Entertainment. and some of the most prestigious in the music industry. Becoming a manager takes a lot of work and responsibility, so, when you decide to apply for the position, please make sure you fulfill the following requirements.
Managers will be assigned to groups when they are formed and will stick with them. Until the formation of groups, managers will be assigned dorms to look after.
Managers are responsible for:
• Looking after trainees/members (such as their general well-being and safety).
• Making sure trainees and members follow the weekly schedule (such as attend practice/lessons, performance schedules, etc.)
• Making sure trainees/members are taking care of their health. (Diet-wise and beauty-wise).
• Checking up on the group dorms to make sure trainees/members are in before curfew.
• Making sure trainees/members are not up to mischievous activities that can lead to rumors; and making sure they immediately report it to the higher staff.
Managers will be paid accordingly and once the group debuts, their pay will depend on the popularity of the group performing. Please remember that any romantic or sexual relationship of any kind with a trainee/member is strictly forbidden. Any report of this will immediately lead to an investigation and result to a forced leave from Heart & Seoul Entertainment.*
As one of the biggest music entertainment companies in Korea, we will only accept the best of the best. Therefore, please be aware of the accuracy of your application (such as spelling and content). We will not be hesitant to disregard those who we believe will not fulfill the requirements.
