I saw that once... but only on Ripley's Believe it or Not, where a guy had something huge in his stomach and when they took him to have surgery they find it to be one of those things that had hair still growing causeing the enormous cist type pocket in his stomach.... I turned the tv off and continued to not watch RBION for a while.
