i was just watching the tyra show...and it was about break ups and how painful they are and they had this "doctor" on the show to help all of the these girls with different break up situations. eessh.

one girl had like, an old t-shirt and some pictures so tyra and the "doctor" were like "Get Rid Of Those!" then the crowd goes wild with cheers and
