Does anyone remember an early-mid nineties children's TV show in England called something like Zapp or Splat

I remember it! I think it was called Zapp. There was a whole section with some rubber gloves, for some reason? And a girl who looked a lot like Minnie the Minx?

I remember Zapp. It had Neil Buchanan as the artist. There was also a girl in yellow who would challenge a group of kids to do something involving gunge, mud or water in Daisy dares you. It stood out because nobody tended to speak, there were noises, but no actual words.

I used to love Zapp when I was a kid, I watched it all the time. =)
