Valhalla and the Lord of Infinity was the GREATEST AMIGA GAME EVER. My family are still obsessed with it about thirteen years on.

James Pond II: Robocod. I used to have it for the Sega Master System. I used to think I was awesome for finding cheats for both invincibility and infinite lives. I saw the DS remake a while back for nostalgia. Lo and behold, they pretty much advertise the cheats in the game's booklet. Poor 7 year old me doesn't feel quite so awesome now.

New Zealand Story! Never had an Amiga, but it was released on the NES as Kiwi Kraze. I loved that game so much, but it was hella hard and I never finished it. I actually have some awesome fan-remix music from the game that I got off ocremix.org ! It's insanely catchy.

I should clarify, it was released in the US as Kiwi Kraze. =^^= Oh! And I pulled some info about its adaptations off ye olde Wiki:
"The game has been converted for most game consoles and most 8-bit and 16-bit home computers. The original arcade game was released in 1988, whereas most home computer conversions were done in 1989, with some game console versions coming in 1990 and 1991. The game was also converted for the FM Towns and Sharp X68000 systems in Japan as well as being bundled with the Amiga 500 Batman Pack which was launched in September 1989 and sold over 2 million units. Home computer conversions received good reviews in computer game magazines."
