So Saturday comes early on this side of the world, and I figure since I'm a fanfiction fanatic I might as well rec a few things on the off chance it catches anyone's interests. I will probably be ranting here about any and all of these fandoms at some later date

I'm a huge Arc the Lad fan (especially the first three games, but I also love Twilight). I read "Seeking" way back when I first played Twilight, but I think I'll reread it because it's so well-written and does such a good job portraying everyone :)

o_O;; That fic still had people remembering it fondly? 8D You've totally made my day, you know. I swear one of these days I will write its sequel.

If you're interested, I have another Arc fic (with a lot more plot than that one) up on FF.net as well which I didn't rec here because the post was already getting long. ^_^; It was a semi-sequel to the game (which was made totally redundant by the /actual/ sequel) but it might still be worth a look.

*looks up at post* I probably didn't state in so many words that I was reccing my own fics. ^_^;; Oops. My bad.

8D Well I hope you enjoy it...It was written back in the day when I went over every inch of the game for details and attempted to write a reasonable sequel. ^_^; Half the place names I don't even recognise now. I should probably warn you that, like Seeking, if I write any more for it, it won't be for a while.

Sure, those would be 'Clock Tower', 'Sphinx and the Cursed Mummy', and 'Arc the Lad'. The first and the last are specific games in a series (eg. Clock Tower 3), but since they're all obscure a general label might be better. They're also all video game fandoms. ^_^;

You are definitely owed some cool points in return for actually knowing all three titles. It's hard enough finding people who know one...or you find people who've heard of the series but dislike the game. Clock Tower 3 gets this a lot, particularly from those people who've played the first incarnation (and yes I'll admit that was freakier, but c'mon! Better graphics and school girl in a short skirt ftw!).

I've never played End Of Darkness. -_-; I've heard that it's soul-killing. Part of me is glad that it doesn't seem to be availible in Australia.
