Once again, my period took me by surprise over the weekend. (I've decided to start keeping track of it again, so I don't continue to get blindsided every month.) So, I had good reason for a gain. The weekend wasn't too bad, but I certainly ate more than usual.
Anyway, it's time for me to get back to a normal routine now. Hopefully, next weigh-in will be a bit more pleasant. :-)
that's me .. i'm in that process of getting my room ready to paint... so i haven't stuck to my workouts.. only missed one and i'm making up today's tomorrow. but i have been cleaning like merry maids all weekend.
I'm sure you burned lots of calories with the cleaning. My friends are gone now, so I need to get back to work with the eating and exercise, although I'm VERY proud of myself for the exercise I got in this weekend. Dude, I got my butt out of bed early on Sunday to do a 35-minute walk!
I'll get back to those daily emails starting tonight, too. They help me stay on track. Hope you're having a good day! :-)
