I realize you don't want to hear this, but-- I don't think trying to fight the squad (or squads, we don't know if there's more than one) is going to end us up anywhere we want to be. It's truly frustrating, and I don't think it's going to do us any good right now. They've pretty much shoved us into a corner like this, where the only viable option is to keep playing. Takami seems less like she's willing to help us this time unless absolutely necessary, and now semi-understanding what Minaka is capable of-- I think she's doing it so he doesn't cast her aside completely. This game would be a lot more unbearable if it was just him at the helm, and I think she wants to keep that from happening.
All that aside, I'd like to hear your thoughts on peoples' activities so far. You and Debra were both in the first game, and I know you're both good players. You're a lot more perceptive than I am, that's for certain. So, even if you think I'm an asshole, I believe it would be best for all of us if we swapped information.
You've realized the same about Takami. He's showing his power over her.
As for my guesses on things, I think we just voted out a sheep. I think Chizuru is a wolf because she's acting differently. Last time, the first game, I took her out on accident-I was hoping she was on our side, but her behavior changed. She's a lot more friendly, and a lot more motivated. Gotta say, it's something that's standing out to me.
Bel has a way of being a sheep, too, that commonly makes him a target. He acts like he knows everything, and his behavior has a shift to it.
If she becomes too familiar with the players, she becomes a liability. I think she's probably trying to prevent that.
I've played enough times with Bel to notice that he's pretty much like that always, sheep or wolf. But you're right, it makes him a target either way. But he doesn't seem nearly as petulant, this game. Like he's still an ass, but maybe a bit more subdued about it. I wonder if it's just me.
Do you think so? About Chizuru, I mean. I can't say I've noticed anything too different, but she usually acts friendly and motivated around me. I mentioned to her just now that being ousted or eaten basically means having your bonds taken away, and she got real serious. So I wonder if perhaps the magnitude of it got to her.
Otherwise, I do think we probably did vote out a sheep, for no reason other than the fact that Chizuru's a pleasant and friendly young girl who's trying to help as best she can. It's a good cover for a wolf, I must say.
